Our Story
Athens Juice Bar started with a simple frustration: every juice on the shelf carried a ingredient list longer than the drink itself. We wanted something different — juice that tastes like the fruit it comes from, made the old-fashioned way without heat or preservatives.
Today we're a small shop on East Clayton Street, but our standards haven't shrunk with our footprint. Every batch is pressed in-house each morning. If it doesn't meet our bar, it doesn't reach your cup.
The Menu
Every item on our menu is built around a single question: does this make you feel better? If the answer is yes, it stays. If not, we find a better way.
Our Philosophy
Everything we serve is guided by a small set of principles. They keep us honest and they keep the drink simple.
We don't batch-produce and refrigerate for days. Every order starts with whole produce that arrives fresh and gets pressed within hours of opening.
If you can't pronounce it, it doesn't go in. No concentrates, no preservatives, no added sugars. Just fruit, vegetables, and the honest flavors they carry.
We prioritize Georgia-grown produce wherever the season allows. Supporting nearby farms keeps the ingredients fresher and the community stronger.
